We offer a variety of classes designed to strengthen your body from the inside out. Whether you're new to Pilates or looking to deepen your practice, our classes focus on core stability, flexibility, posture, and mindful movement to support total-body wellness.

Choose from our new dynamic Reformer Pilates classes that add resistance and support for a deeper workout. Members can also schedule private 1-on-1 or small group Reformer Pilates instruction for personalized guidance, technique refinement, and accelerated results.

Reformer Pilates 1.0


The ultimate Reformer onboarding. Learn the ropes (and the springs) in a guided, slow-flow environment. We cover the setup, the safety, and the signature movements that define the Reformer Pilates method. No experience? No problem.  

Members are required to complete a BEGIN session before participating in FORM, SCULPT, or ELEVATE.

Reformer Pilates 2.0

 

The Pilates method  blended with Intelligent movement for modern life. This class offers a balanced, full-body workout with adaptable exercises and modifications. We focus on functional movement, postural correction, and use creative variations to make Pilates work perfectly for your body.

 

Members are required to complete a BEGIN session before participating in FORM to ensure their comfort with the Reformer and pacing of the class.

SCULPT

Reformer Pilates 2.5

 

A blend of creative sequences with the movements you already love, moving seamlessly on and off the Reformer. We’ve dialed up the energy included props to challenge your coordination—sometimes even adding the Jumpboard for a bit of heart-pumping fun. 

 

Members are required to complete a BEGIN session before participating in SCULPT. We also recommend getting comfortable on the Reformer in our FORM class prior to participating in SCULPT.

Members can easily register for classes and view MVP's Reformer Pilates schedule on our mobile app. Reformer Pilates classes will open up 30 days prior to the day of the class. They are available at Metro, Sportsplex, and Rockford

FAQ

  • How many Reformers are there?

    Our Reformer Pilates studios includes 6-8 Reformers. This allows our classes to have intimate instruction to ensure our members receive a safe and high-quality experience.

  • What is complimentary and what costs money?

    All new members are invited to take a complimentary BEGIN class. Beyond that, our Reformer Pilates programming costs money for members to participate. Please see pricing table on location pages for cost details. If you are looking for additional complimentary options, our Mat Pilates classes are available on our group exercise schedule for members to participate in for no additional cost.

  • When does class registration open?

    Registration for Reformer Pilates classes will open 30 days prior to each class. 

  • Who is eligible for Reformer Pilates at MVP?

    MVP Athletic Club's Reformer Pilates offerings are available exclusively for active members and guests of members.

  • Are grip socks required?

    Yes, grip socks are required for any use of a Reformer Pilates machine at MVP Athletic Clubs. Grip socks will help ensure you are secure and steady on the Reformer. If you do not own them already, Pilates socks will be available for purchase in the front lobby.

  • Is there an age requirement to participate?

    For the safety of our members, all participants must be 18 years of age or older.

  • Can I use my class package at any MVP location?

    If you are an All-Star Member, yes. Class packages (4 or 8 classes) are universal and can be used for classes at any MVP club location. If you have a single-location membership, class packages may only be used at your home club location.

  • What is the cancellation policy?
    • Classes that you register for that are not cancelled more than 24 hours before the start of the class time will result in a charge.
    • In the case of a cancellation, members on the waitlist will be contacted.
  • How does the waitlist work?
    • If a class is full, you can elect to be added to the waitlist.
    • In the case of a cancellation, members on the waitlist will be contacted. THEY WILL NOT BE AUTOMATICALLY ADDED to the roster. Waitlisted members must respond to the email inviting them to join the roster within 60 minutes of receiving the email. If they do not, the invitation will be sent to the next member on the waitlist.
    • The waitlist will be locked three hours prior to the start of class.
  • Are open Reformers available for walk ins?

    Yes. If a Reformer is not already reserved for a class, members are welcome to join as a walk in and will be charged the single class rate based on their membership type.
