Registration of a minor (ages 0-17) must be completed in person at our facility with a parent or guardian. Minors (ages 0-17) who have submitted a Minor Waiver Form signed by a parent or guardian, may sign up for membership. If we discover that a minor without a signed participant/registration waiver has submitted personal information, we reserve the right to delete such information. We do not seek or share personal information from minors throughout the Website or App. If you are a parent who believes that we have collected information from a child under age 12, please email us at info@mvpsportsclubs.com with your child’s name and address, and we will be happy to delete the information we have collected from your child from our records and provide information in accordance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act.
