How Savannah’s journey from camp counselor to Kids’ Stuff Manager supports families and healthy routines.

Growing with the MVP Community
Savannah began working at MVP Crahen shortly before graduating from college. While searching for work, she applied after hearing positive things about both the club and the workplace. “As a psychology student during my first year here, I knew I wanted a job that would support my mental, physical, and social well-being while also encouraging me to step outside my comfort zone. MVP felt like the perfect fit.”
Her journey with MVP began as a Summer Camp Counselor in 2022, where she also helped as a birthday party coordinator.
“After that first summer, I knew I wanted to stay connected to the MVP community.” Savannah remained on the team and, in 2025, stepped into her current role as the Kids’ Stuff Manager.
In her current role, Savannah balances both administrative and childcare responsibilities and serves as a consistent resource for her team.
“I like to help out wherever I'm needed,” she said. “Whether that’s managing my team, helping with check-ins, or holding a few babies, which I’m always happy to do!”
Above all else, Savannah values the relationships she builds with members and the kids who spend their time in Kid’s Stuff.
“It brings me so much joy to get a front-row seat to watch children grow, learn, and immerse themselves in such a healthy environment. I feel lucky to be a part of their and their families' experiences in the club.”
That same passion carries into the way she supports families through quality childcare and works alongside her team to support members.
“Our staff is caring, attentive, and trained to help both kids and parents feel comfortable throughout the whole experience,” she explained. She also emphasizes the value of the time Kid’s Stuff provides. “Those two hours may seem small, but they make a huge difference. They give parents the chance to focus on their wellness while helping families establish healthy routines and habits. It’s truly a win for the whole family.”
With activities like air hockey, crafts, books, and plenty of imaginative play, kids love the Kid’s Stuff experience as well. One of Savannah’s favorite moments came when a five-year-old member prepared to leave at the end of the day.
“Even though she was excited to see her parent, she looked at our team and said, ‘I'm really going to miss all of my friends here. I wish I could live in Kid's Stuff forever!’ She still visits often, even if we can't let her move in permanently!” Savannah said.
Looking ahead, Savannah is excited to continue growing in her role within the Kid's Stuff department and find new ways to make Kid's Stuff an outstanding part of the MVP experience.
“I genuinely believe MVP is the greatest athletic club in the country,” She added. “It's not only because of the amenities or equipment, but because of the people. Our members and team members create such an uplifting, positive, health-focused environment, and I’m proud to contribute to building that culture.”
