Barre Unhitched

Mid Intensity

Barre Unhitched is pre-choreographed and uses a weighted bar along with an inflatable Pilates ball. Inspired by Ballet, Pilates, and traditional bodyweight calisthenics.

Pilates combines the fundamentals of breathwork and movement with the mind, while working through a variety of combinations designed to strengthen and tone muscles, improving stability and alignment.

Power Yoga

High Intensity

 

Power yoga is a faster-paced, athletic style of yoga focused on building strength and endurance. Yoga is a series of physical postures linked together to create a fluid pattern of movement paired with a variety of breathing techniques.

Well-Fit Yoga

A senior fitness class, join us for a series of physical postures are selected to reset and restore the body to its unique state of postural neutrality and alignment. This class invites deep breath work and moves slowly. Participants may move from the ground to standing once in class.

Yoga is a series of physical postures linked together in time with breathing. Class is designed to lengthen, strengthen and tone muscles.  Participants can expect to move from the ground to standing throughout class.

A series of physical postures are selected to reset and restore the body to its unique state of postural neutrality and alignment. This class invites deep breath work and moves slowly. Participants may move from the ground to standing once in class.
