With the focus solely on our world-class STAGES bikes, CYCLE30, CYCLE45, and CYCLE60 classes gets you burning calories, challenging yourself, and most importantly having fun. Instructors will coach on WATTS, RPM, SPEED and “challenge your distance” within the STAGES console. Every class will be a unique and fun workout customized by the instructor!

This intro class is designed specifically for anyone new to cycling. The instructor will walk through proper bike set-up and go over what to expect during a cycle class.
