High Intensity
LES MILLS BODYPUMP™ is the original barbell workout, using light to moderate weights and high reps to get lean and toned. Powering through squats, presses, lifts and curls, we work all major muscles as we build strength and burn calories, getting fitter faster.
CORE
Mid Intensity
LES MILLS CORE™ is an intense core workout for functional fitness. This 30-minute personal-training-inspired challenge is designed to tighten and tone the abs, glutes, back, obliques, and slings connecting the upper and lower body. It improves functional strength and assists in injury prevention like nothing else.
Catalyst
High Intensity
Catalyst will rapidly enhance your athletic ability and overall movement quality. This class targets and unlocks the ranges of motion needed so you can feel better and perform stronger in the gym, on the court, in your favorite fitness classes, and in everyday life.
TORCH
High Intensity
TORCH by MVP is where Boot Camp meets HIIT Training! This class puts you through a variety of movements, intensities, and workouts to get you fit, build strength, and increase your endurance — so you feel stronger physically and mentally! Every workout follows the TORCH training structure for total body strength and cardiovascular health, while providing a unique and fun class experience every time. Athletic intervals include running, jumping, lifting pushing, pulling, and pressing.
TORCH Strong
High Intensity
A complement to our traditional TORCH class, TORCHSTRONG sets the focus on strength training and weightlifting fundamentals. Designed for ALL fitness levels, our team of Certified Fitness Trainers helps you build muscular strength through lower reps and heavier weight in a safe, class environment. Athletic strength training class includes use of advanced techniques and equipment including barbells, kettlebells, dumbbells and sleds. Participants should be prepared to push, pull, and press unassisted.
Zone
Mid Intensity
Zone Training is an interval-based class designed for participants to reach their maximum potential while maintaining control of their workout as they move zone to zone. Utilizing the heart rate technology, each participant can see how much they are pushing their bodies to get the results they want. Average burn is 400 – 1,000 calories. *Purchase of Heart Rate monitor required (available in lobby).

Group Active by MOSSA is a diverse workout that improves cardiovascular fitness, builds total body strength and enhances movement health for your everyday living activities.
