Mid Intensity
Are you ready to jump into an Aqua Zumba pool party? Get ready for an exhilarating workout that moves to the music! This hour will fly by as your instructor leads you in fitness routines set to a variety of Music styles. We include Latin rhythms like Salsa and Cumbia, but also classic rock and some “Oldies!”

Practice yoga while seated in a chair, focused on stretching, mindfulness, and breath work. A series of physical postures are selected to reset and restore the body to its unique state of postural neutrality and alignment. This class invites deep breath work and moves slowly.

Get moving with a class that will challenge your cardio endurance, memory, and cognition. This class will model a traditional line dancing experience, with a focus on fitness.
Low Intensity
Increase core strength and flexibility through Pilates-based movements, static stretching, and yoga poses that will lead to feeling better and more mobile.
Mid Intensity
Recharge and revitalize through cardio and strength circuits using equipment with OPTIONAL heart rate tracking on your fitness monitor. Participants can work at their own pace.
Low Intensity
Renew your mind and body by connecting your breath with movement. Reduce your stress as you are guided through modified vinyasas (yoga poses and flow). Improve strength, flexibility, and balance.
