Breathe is a guided breathwork and sound healing experience created to counter the demands of modern life. Step away from the noise. Lie down. Breathe & find your center.
Dress in layers or bring a blanket/beach towel as body temperature may fall during stillness.
Pilates (Warm & Unheated Options)
Mid-High Intensity
Temp 82° – 84° in heated class only
This class applies principles pioneered by Joseph Pilates, with a concentration on core development to improve balance and coordination. Focus is on core stability, core strength, flexibility enhancement and body alignment.
Power Flo (Hot)
High Intensity

Power Flo is an athletic practice, designed to challenge your movement, intensify breathwork and work up a sweat! Move Powerfully, then rest easy.
Vin Yin Yoga
Low Intensity
A balance of Vinyasa and Yin yoga. We begin with a flowing sequence to warm the body; transitioning into passive and relaxing stretches. This balanced practice supports the body's need for movement and relaxation. Vin Yin is suitable for all levels.
Yoga Sculpt (Warm)
High Intensity
Temp 82° – 95° in
Yoga Sculpt is A fusion of yoga, strength training, and mindful movement. Yoga Sculpt begins with traditional yoga poses to build heat in the body then, incorporates weights and resistance exercises to build strength, enhance flexibility, and improve endurance. Expect a full-body workout with high-energy music that leaves you feeling empowered, balanced, and wanting more.
