With the focus solely on our world-class STAGES bikes, CYCLE30 gets you burning calories, challenging yourself, and most importantly having FUN! Instructors will coach on WATTS, RPM, SPEED and challenge your distance within the STAGES console. Every 30-minute class will be a unique and fun workout customized by the instructor!
Rythm Ride

Rhythm Ride is a high-intensity, rhythm-driven experience designed to work your entire body. Expect a sweat-drenched combination of heavy resistance climbs, fast-paced sprints, and choreographed upper body movements that target your core, arms, shoulders, and back. We’ll tap back, press, crunch, and engage every muscle group while staying locked into the beat. Every ride is a challenge — mentally and physically — and every drop of sweat gets you stronger. You’ll leave this class feeling powerful, energized, and completely worked from head to toe.
