TORCH

Boot Camp meets HIIT Training! Designed for ALL fitness levels, TORCH puts you through a variety of movements, intensities, and workouts to get you fit, build strength, and increase your endurance — so you feel stronger physically and mentally! Created by our team of Certified Fitness Trainers, every workout follows the TORCH training structure for total body strength and cardiovascular health, while providing a unique and fun class experience every time.

TORCH STRONG

A complement to our traditional TORCH class, TORCHSTRONG sets the focus on strength training and weightlifting fundamentals. Designed for ALL fitness levels, our team of Certified Fitness Trainers helps you build muscular strength through lower reps and heavier weight in a safe, class environment.

Athletic strength training class includes use of advanced techniques and equipment including barbells, kettlebells, dumbbells and sleds. Participants should be prepared to push, pull, and press unassisted.

FLEX

FLEX is more than just a workout—it’s a mindset. This dynamic, full-body session blends Pilates-inspired movement, strength training, and energizing cardio into one powerful experience. You’ll use resistance bands, free weights, and bodyweight exercises to target your core while engaging the entire body.

We move between ground-based and standing work with rhythmic transitions designed to keep energy high and motivation strong. Expect challenge, sweat, and intention. The name FLEX reflects more than muscles—it’s about control, confidence, and how you show up in your movement.
