Are you ready to jump into an Aqua Zumba pool party? Get ready for an exhilarating workout that moves to the music! This hour will fly by as your instructor leads you in fitness routines set to a variety of Music styles. We include Latin rhythms like Salsa and Cumbia, but also classic rock and some “Oldies!”

This aqua fitness class incorporates both cardiovascular and resistance training with aqua dumbbells and noodles. This class focuses on muscular strength, cardiovascular health, balance and endurance.
