MVP Holland's personal trainers are highly credentialed and experienced, prepared to use science-backed methods to create customized fitness plans to help members achieve unique goals—whether it’s improving performance, building muscle, losing weight, or increasing longevity. Using science-backed methods, they guide members every step of the way, ensuring alignment on goals.

 

Trainers are allocated to a Tier, levels 1-3. A trainer’s tier level will be determined based on their education, and certifications and will determine the costs of their training sessions.

Tier 1 Trainers

Tier 1 trainers are certified movement specialists trained in Functional Movement Systems (FMS), program design, and motivational interviewing. They assess your movement patterns and build personalized training programs that are safe, efficient, and goal-driven.

Tier 2 Trainers

Tier 2 trainers build upon Tier 1 expertise with a Precision Nutrition Level 1 Certification. They integrate science-based training with realistic nutrition and lifestyle strategies to enhance your energy, physique, and long-term wellness.

Tier 3 Coaching

Tier 3 coaches hold all previous certifications plus a Sleep, Stress Management and Recovery Coaching Certification. They offer full-spectrum lifestyle coaching designed to optimize your rest, manage stress, and help you sustain peak performance—not just in the gym, but in every aspect of your life. With a focus on longevity, these coaches empower you to build habits that support long-term health, vitality, and resilience.
