No race experience required.

6/2: The Foundation | Build your base with grip strength, hanging mechanics, and the art of staying on the bar.
6/9: Tactical Agility | Build coordination and confidence to navigate technical terrain and move better and faster.
6/16: The Essentials | Mastering the heavy hitters and strength for real life: crawling, climbing, and lifting.
6/23: Race Mastery | Full course explanation, pacing strategy, endurance and mental toughness.
6/30: Experience the Outdoor Course | A guided hike of the Cannonsburg course to experience the terrain, calm nerves, and prepare for race day.
