Tai Chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention is an evidence-based, low-impact program developed by Dr. Paul Lam and medical experts to help improve balance, strength, flexibility, and overall stability. Through gentle weight-shifting movements and controlled exercises, participants can reduce fall risk while enhancing coordination, mobility, and confidence in everyday movement. 

This class is welcoming for all experience levels and ideal for anyone looking to move safely and feel stronger. Tai Chi Tuesdays will occur on the last Tuesday of each month beginning in June.
