Splash Into Fitness!

Get ready to jump into an exciting Aqua Zumba Pool Party at Crahen! This upbeat outdoor workout combines easy-to-follow fitness routines with a variety of music styles including Latin rhythms, Classic Rock, and Oldies. Whether you're a seasoned dancer or brand new to Zumba, modifications help everyone feel successful while enjoying the added support and resistance of the water. Participants will improve muscle tone, endurance, flexibility, mobility, and balance. This class meets at the outdoor pool.

Class on June 4 will be held at the Indoor Pool. Beginning June 11, this class will take place in the Outdoor Pool.

Class will move indoor as Zumba in the case of inclement weather.
