Ready for Your Season
MVP and MI Partner Health (MIPH) are partnering to offer sports physicals for high school athletes at MVP. Physicals will take place in the MVP Annex Work-Space and are open to MVP members. Each appointment is scheduled in advance and takes approximately 15 minutes, with intake and vital measurements completed in one room followed by the physical exam in a separate exam room. Physicals will be conducted by certified Physician Assistants (PAs), providing a professional and efficient experience to help athletes meet school and sports participation requirements.
Appointments are required and must be scheduled in advance through MIPH's registration link. Participants who schedule and complete a membership with MIPH within 30 days will receive a credit of the $25 physical fee. Sports physicals are free for current MIPH members.
