All new members, ages 18 and up, receive a complimentary one-hour PLAN (Partnership, Learning, Assessment, Next Steps) session and additional optional training to kickstart their fitness journey with MVP. This is a great opportunity to dive deep into your goals and create a personalized action PLAN tailored just for you.

Our highly experienced, certified personal trainers take the time to understand your goals, challenges, and lifestyle—crafting a customized plan designed just for you. Backed by science-based training methods, our team provides the expert guidance, motivation, and accountability you need to see real, lasting results and feel your best every step of the way.

2. Learning

If we are going to help you, we need to understand where you are starting from and where you want to go. 

We'll get to know you in order to understand your unique history, fitness needs, and aspirations, allowing your trainer to design a custom program that works just for you. This discovery process ensures your training experience is both effective and enjoyable from the very beginning.

3. Assessment

Through a series of engaging, science-backed screenings and insightful questions, your trainer will gather key metrics to help shape your customized action PLAN. These valuable insights allow us to track your progress meaningfully and make informed adjustments along the way. 

Data collected will helps your trainer understand your movement, nutrition, sleep, recovery, stress management, and lifestyle factors that will help determine how to make the biggest impact.

4. Next Steps

We’ll walk you through the findings and provide personalized feedback on how to move forward, empowering you to achieve your wellness goals. This is where the trainer and client will align and agree on the best course of action for moving forward. 

You’ll leave with a clear direction and the confidence to take that next step in your fitness journey. If you are ready to see and feel the impact, you can also book additional training sessions at this time.
