Mid Intensity
Recharge and revitalize through cardio and strength circuits using equipment with OPTIONAL heart rate tracking on your fitness monitor. Participants can work at their own pace.
Low Intensity
Renew your mind and body by connecting your breath with movement. Reduce your stress as you are guided through modified vinyasas (yoga poses and flow). Improve strength, flexibility, and balance.
