The Counselor in Training program works alongside our Summer Camp to offer an exciting opportunity to develop essential leadership, communication, and teamwork skills in a fun and supportive camp environment. As a CIT (Counselor in Training), you will work alongside experienced counselors, gaining hands-on experience in activity planning, group management, and camper mentorship. This program is designed to build confidence, foster problem-solving abilities, and provide a solid foundation for future leadership roles.
