Youth Fitness Workshop

This workshop introduces kids to safe, effective methods of exercise!

Fun. Engaging. Educational!

Participate in dynamic warm-ups, mobility and stability work, and age-appropriate strength exercises! Through fun challenges, games, and engaging activities, this workshop introduces kids to the fundamentals of exercise, including proper form, injury prevention, and the importance of hydration and recovery.

Led by Marc Anderson, Olivia Cross, and Lindsey Desarmo, this event helps build athletic skills, confidence, and discipline, setting the foundation for healthy exercise habits at school, in sports, at the gym, and in everyday life. Parents are invited to join us for the final 15 minutes of class for a Q&A focused on tips to support their child’s development.
