Strength and Honor

Join us for a workout as we honor all who have made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom through their service to our country. The MURPH Challenge consists of the following exercises. All workouts may be modified to accommodate your needs. 

  • 1-mile run or walk
  • 100 pull-ups or an equivalent such as TRX rows
  • 200 push-ups (any variety)
  • 300 bodyweight squats (any style you prefer)
  • 1-mile run or walk
