This six-week course meets twice a week and is designed to increase your strength, power, and athleticism.

Hit your goals and see results in Strength Development. Strength Development focuses on the essential elements of strength training, including slow, controlled movements, functional exercises, and dynamic core work.  This program covers three strength training protocols: Pure Strength, Hypertrophy and Power & Athleticism. You can expect strength gains, increased power, and enhanced athleticism, keeping you strong and balanced.

This course serves as the second six-week session in a two-part program. Didn’t join us for Session 1? No problem, you can jump in here with confidence. This session features a whole new set of exercises and progressions, making it a fresh challenge for returning participants while remaining fully accessible for those starting with us now.
