Hands-Only CPR Demos

Join the American Heart Association during Heart Month to learn about the life-saving impact of Hands-Only CPR. Hands-Only CPR has been shown to be as effective in the first few minutes as conventional CPR for cardiac arrest at home, at work, or in public. The AHA will provide demonstrations and education to help members understand how simple and effective Hands-Only CPR can be. Stop by the AHA table in the lobby to learn this easy, life-saving skill.

This event does not provide certification; however, participants will have the opportunity for hands-on practice with Hands-Only CPR, which is the recommend method for the untrained everyday person. The goal is to build knowledge and confidence so you know how to act in an emergency. No registration is required.
