Join us at MVP in Rockford for the 2nd Annual Certain Hope Open! Check in starts at 9:00am and play begins at 9:30am. Please make sure to register BOTH players on your team and register for the division you would like to be in. Tournament brackets will be determined by numbers. All proceeds go to benefit Certain Hope!

Divisions: Doubles teams only!

Recreation (2.0 - 3.5) - Choose Recreation if you’re here to have fun, laugh, and support the cause!
Competitive (3.5 - 5.0) - Choose Competitive if you are serious and ready to compete at a high level.
