Develop barbell skills, explore weight selection, ask questions and set goals for your BODYPUMP journey with studio-based strength training. BODYPUMP is the original barbell workout, using light to moderate weights and high reps to get your members lean and toned. Powering through squats, presses, lifts and curls they'll work all their major muscles as they build strength and burn calories, getting fitter, faster.
