About: Carly Paige

Hi! I’m Carly Paige, an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and Cooking Instructor who is fiercely passionate about making healthy simple (both on and off your plate) to increase confidence and energy from within. Too often we place nutrition and health restrictions on ourselves, and in a world saturated with conflicting information my goal is to simplify your approach to wellness so that you can live your best life. I believe that healthy doesn’t have to be hard with the right tools, knowledge and resources. As we begin to fuel our body with nutritious foods, we will naturally crowd out the unhealthy foods (while still enjoying life’s sweetest treats every now and then!).

I’m a firm believer in consistency when talking about making healthy, nutritious changes for short-term and long-term benefits. One of my favorite “food for thoughts” is from John C. Maxwell: “You’ll never change your life until you change something you do daily.
