It’s Official – March Madness is Here!
So my challenge to you for this March Madness season is to test each other during the next four weeks with this workout every Monday. I’ll document how I did and challenge you to do the same thing. Let’s see how many of us can commit to the challenge and create our own MVP/RDV March Madness!
A fun idea….do this with your significant other, maybe your kids or a friend!
Ali’s March Madness Workout:
- Run a mile as fast as possible.
- Do as many push-ups as possible. Good form is a must (check out photos).
- Crunch 50 sit ups. Feet need to stay connected to the floor!
- Do as many pull ups as possible. Assisted count too or even Lat Pull downs, just include the weight you use.
I hope you are saying, ”CHALLENGE ACCEPTED!”
