MVP ZONE TRAINING is the popular 60-minute interval-based class designed for participants to reach their maximum potential while maintaining control of their work out as they move zone to zone. Average calorie burn 400-1,000. *Purchase of Polar H6 or H7 Heart Rate Monitor required. CLASS IS FREE FOR MEMBERS!
TRAINING FOR WARRIORS (TFW) is designed to develop muscular strength and mental fortitude. This holistic approach includes proper warm-up, strength, endurance, flexibility and speed training and is taught by a certified TFW coach. Program will include TFW-Strength and TFW-Hurricane workouts.
