Group Exercise Schedule

Tuesday, August 10th

Join MVP Metro Club and Grand Rapids Parks & Recreation for FUN day of FITNESS at Rosa Parks Circle. All participants can visit MVP Metro Club after a class to receive a FREE drink, a guest pass, and shower access. In the event that inclement weather postpones the event AFTER it has begun, all classes thereafter will be held at MVP Metro Club. If inclement weather prohibits the START of the event, the entire event will be rescheduled for Tuesday, August 17th. Please contact MVP Metro Club or check our website for weather updates.
