    Join MVP Athletic Club every Wednesday evening this summer for a FREE OUTDOOR YOGA CLASS open to the public!

    Wednesdays, 7-8pm

    Must be at least 12 years old to participate. No registration required.Please plan to bring your own mat, limited supply available. In the event of rain, class will be moved indoors.

Training for Warriors (TFW) is designed to develop muscular strength and mental fortitude. This holistic approach includes proper warm-up, strength, endurance, flexibility and speed training and is taught by a certified TFW coach.

TFW - Hurricane days are made up of intense metabolic training.

TFW - Strength days focus on fundamental strength training.
