USA Beginner Tennis
USA Tennis is a United States Tennis Association nationally recognized beginning adult tennis program. Topics covered in USA Tennis are grips, footwork, court positioning and scoring.

Cardio Tennis
This is a new, fun, group activity featuring drills to give players an ultimate, high-energy workout. If you want to find a great new way to get in shape or just find out what the buzz in the community is all about, come try Cardio Tennis.

Adult Social Mixers
Calling all couples! Fill your competitive urge in round robin tennis play, and enjoy a Friday night out socializing with other couples. It’s all right here at RDV Sportsplex Athletic Club. Mixers take place Fridays, dates below, from 7:00-9:00pm. Please register by calling the Tennis Team Leader, at 407.916.2533

Racquetball & Squash
Challenge Night
Challenge night is for drop-in singles and doubles challenge play. Games will be played to 11 points. Winners stay on the court for a maximum of two games. Sign-up list is first-come, first-served beginning at 4:45 p.m. Challenge Courts are for all skill levels. If eight (8) or more people are present on challenge court evenings, doubles must be played to maximize the time available for all players.
Mondays/Wednesdays/Fridays
5:00-7:00pm
Sign up beings at 4:45pm, day of play! No other reservations will be accepted during this time, the courts will be only used for this play.
