Adult Classes & Training

Whether you are an athlete in training or an adult that wants to step up your daily workout, RDV Sports Performance has the training for you! Dedicated to teaching our Central Florida community the importance of being active, RDV Sports Performance offers classes for ALL adults regardless of current activity level.

Sport Fit

This program is designed for the person looking to improve their performance in their leisure sport or activity. Training focuses on stabilization and mobility, strength, and flexibility.  This program addresses fitness needs of adult tennis players, softball players, golfers, and other sports.

Adult Conditioning

Adult Conditioning Class is designed for individuals to get into top shape by training throughout the year to maximize results. Participants in this program will increase total body strength and endurance, lose weight, improve flexibility, build mental toughness, and boost confidence. Conditioning class consist of a comprehensive warm up followed by metabolic workout focused on total body conditioning and high caloric burn, including strength, cardio, flexibility and core training.

Team Training

To be successful, teams today need to be fast, agile, strong and flexible. RDV Sports Performance provides teams (7+ athletes) with cutting edge training information that gives a team an advantage over their competition. Team Training is tailored to each teams’ specific needs and can be conducted for teams of all ages and levels of ability.

The number of sessions, dates of each session, and times of each session must be agreed upon prior to the beginning of the program.

Small Group Training

Small Group Training allows athletes to work in an intense, competitive and motivational environment with other athletes that are at a similar level of athletic ability and skill. Groups range from 2-6 members with coaching and programs that are designed to achieve optimal results.

PEAK Training

PEAK Training is intense one-on-one training designed to meet the needs of an individual athlete. PEAK Training puts focus on specific strength and speed training techniques centered around an athlete’s individual needs, recovery and regeneration. The training is unmatched in its intensity and utilizes advanced training methodologies to help athletes break through previous speed and strength plateaus.
