Mini-Fit Playgroups - Ages 0-2
Attention moms and dads with little ones at home! Sign up for our Mini-Fit Playgroup. Gather your friends and neighbors. It is not necessary to be a member of the Athletic Club to join a Playgroup. The program is designed for parents with newborns and children up to two years of age. Meet other parents and kids, socialize and learn from each other while your babies play. You get an hour in the Activity Room and a half-hour in the pool! Swim Diapers required. Towels provided. Call 407-916-2526 in to schedule a FREE SAMPLE CLASS!
Magical Monkeys - Ages 18-36mo
This is a parent-assisted motor skill development program. Classes start out with teacher directed warm-up activities and musical games, then toddlers and parents rotate around to different activity stations. Parent participation is required. Call 407-916-2526 to schedule a FREE SAMPLE CLASS!
Leaping Lizards - Ages 3-4
This class includes warm-up exercises, musical routines, tumbling and apparatus work. Children learn strength and endurance on mats, ladders, bars and more! Call 407-916-2526 to schedule a FREE SAMPLE CLASS.
Cartwheel Club - Ages 5-8
These non-competitive tumbling classes for 5-8 year olds are progressive and fun! Lessons include warm-up exercises, conditioning drills, tumbling routines and stunt combinations. Call 407-916-2526 to schedule a FREE SAMPLE CLASS!

Tiny Tikes Martial Arts - Ages 3-5

Family Martial Arts - Ages 5-12
Family Martial Arts is for all skill levels and is an excellent form of teaching self-defense, weight control, conditioning, discipline, concentration and self-control. Click here for class days, times and prices.
Friday Fitness Funshops - Ages 3+
Friday Fitness Funshops are exciting instructional workshops that meet year-round. Participants swim, tumble, complete a project and have a snack. Children younger than three years old, if potty trained, will be considered on an individual basis, and grouped with the youngest children. Parents do not need to stay in the building when their kids are enrolled in a Funshop. Pre-registration is required at least 24 hours in advance so that we can staff our groups efficiently. We will not be able to accept same-day registrations or cancellations without 24 hours notice.

Kid’s Night Out - Ages 3+
Kid’s Stuff will stay open late on selected Friday evenings for Kid’s Night Out. Take advantage of a real night out. Parents can leave the building to see a show, or just enjoy a meal without the kids! Children three years and older can participate in these special events which include swimming, structured games, and snacks or other food. Registration is required at least 24 hours in advance. Children should come wearing a bathing suit, tennis shoes and bring a change of clothes. Towels are provided.
