Fitness Classes & Programs

RDV Sportsplex Athletic Club offers a variety of fitness programs to take part in. Whether you are looking to lose weight, build cardiovascular strength, find an exciting total body workout or just simply gain confidence, we have the program for you! 

Nutrition for You

Participants will take an active role in goal setting and daily menu planning, with an emphasis on combining the necessary macronutrients to encourage a positive energy increase and sustain a healthy metabolism.

This four-week course will cover a large scope of material including supplements, grocery shopping, craving reductions, long term lifestyle improvements, and the importance of exercise. The class as a group will strategize on different nutrition/lifestyle topics each week.

Fit Life Training

Designed for the average person of varied fitness levels who needs a little more than what they are doing currently in their fitness routine. This class focuses on functional training exercises to improve overall strength, cardio, and flexibility. Begin or maintain your transformation here.

Fit Life for Moms

This program will provide pre-natal and post-partum mothers a network of support, education and exercise related to pregnancy. Will allow mothers to maintain or improve their fitness level in a safe and supportive manner.

RDV Run Strong Class

This running class is an extensive four-phase program that prepares men and women for their first race or can enhance their abilities as a beginner, intermediate, or advanced runner.

Triathlon Training

Triathlon Training is an extensive training program that prepares men and women for their first triathlon or can enhance their abilities as an intermediate or advanced tri-athlete.  At the end of each session you will be able to apply what you have learned by participating in an Indoor Triathlon held for just your class.  Other Indoor Triathlons will take place throughout the year, so please see your Fitness Team for more information.

RDV Runners Club

Ready to RUN? RDV Runners Club is PERFECT! This exclusive running club is for runners of all ability levels. Whether you are a beginner wanting to compete in your first 5K or an avid runner training for your next marathon, this fun program is for YOU!

Body Transformation Challenge

This 10-week body transformation and lifestyle modification contest is open to members twice a year. The program is designed to offer professional fitness and nutritional guidance to encourage participating members to reach their fitness and lifestyle goals, with an incentive to win prizes.

SportFit

This program is designed for the person looking to improve their performance in their leisure sport or activity. Training focuses on stabilization and mobility, strength, and flexibility. This four-week program addresses fitness needs of adult tennis players, softball players, golfers, and other sports.
