Adult Basketball

Our Five-on-Five Men's League includes seven regular season games, a chance for playoffs, team t-shirts and posted standings. Teams consist of seven to ten players. Referees and scorekeepers will be provided. Games are full court. Game structure is 20-minute halves with a three-minute halftime. Modified NCAA rules apply. Champions will receive name on plaque and free entry to next league. Before playoffs, RDV Sportsplex will host an “All-Star Night” which will include a 3-point shootout, dunk contest, and game. Registration is on a first-come, first-serve basis. A maximum of 24 teams will be accepted. If you want to register a team, please contact the Basketball Department at 407-916-2522. Register early!

Adult Cardio Basketball is a fun way to get in shape. Classes will be limited to 30 participants and will focus on getting in shape through various basketball drills.
